兵团拾花工权益保护的法律思考(三稿)

兵团拾花工权益保护的法律思考 杜美晶（塔里木大学经济与管理学院 新疆 阿拉尔 843300）摘要 拾花工这个群体，它为兵团经济的腾飞贡献了不可或缺的力量，可是这些辛勤的劳动者却面临着部分权益缺失或权益受损的问题。他们相对恶劣的生活环境并未得到改善，他们诸多权益仍遭损失，他们维权之路依然迷漫而又艰辛。本文是在对拾花工群体做了深入调查后，对拾花工的群体特征、所面临的问题做了详细的探讨与思考 ，并提出了与之相对应的解救途径与策略，为兵团关于劳工保障的立法提供了参考。关键词 兵团 ；农民工；拾花工The Army Corps Shihua Worker Rights and Interests’ Protection the Legal PonderDu Meijing (College of Economic and Mangement, Tarim University, Alar, Xinjiang, 843300)Abstract Shihua worker of this community, it has contributed the indispensable strength for army corps economy's soaring, but these industrious workers are actually facing the question which the partial rights and interests flaw or the rights and interests suffer injury.
