价值流图析应用价值流图析应用 要实施精益生产却无从下手，这是很多企业都会遇到的问题，所以了解自己价值流真正的状况，对于企业持续改进，实施精益生产来说是十分重要的。本文对价值流和价值流图析通过描绘顾客要求、产品物流、主要供应商和信息流来绘制企业的价值流现状图，基于精益生产中消除浪费思想发现改进的机会和关键过程进行持续改进，进而通过过程的方法实现设定的未来状态图的方法进行介绍，旨在为企业提供一种基于现场的实施精益生产的有效途径和方法。希望能帮助企业在实施精益生产过程中更好的发现产生浪费的根源并消除之，以提高企业的竞争力。 关键词：精益生产价值流价值流图析 It is the problem of many enterprises that from where and how to implement Lean Production, so understanding our actual value stream is very important for a enterprise to improve continuously and implement Lean Production. This paper introduces the concept of value stream and the method of how to draw current state map of value stream by collect the demands of customer, draw the material flow, main supply and the information flow, find the chance and the key processes to improve continuously based on the thinking of eliminate waste in Lean Production, and realize the future state map of value stream with process method, thus can provide a effective way and method to implement Lean Production for enterprises based on the site. I hope this paper will give some helps for enterprises to find and eliminate roots of wastes better, increase the competitive ability of enterprises.
