我国进口贸易技术溢出讨论. 摘 要:国际间的技术扩散通过进口贸易这一形式作为一个重要的溢出渠道,其效果已经越来越显着 我国的进口贸易通过国｡外研发的投入,极大地促进了新技术的流动和知识的传播 通过利用｡Lichtenberg & Potterie 模型并加入人力资本因素对模型改进后发现,国内研发投入对我国全要素生产率的作用一般,国外研发投入对提高我国全要素生产率有明显的作用｡ 关键词:技术溢出;全要素生产率;LP 模型 Abstract: International technology diffusion through the import trade as an important form of the spillover channels， the effect has been more significant. By China＇s import trade through foreign investment in R&D， new technology has greatly promoted the flow and the dissemination of knowledge. This paper uses Lichtenberg & Potterie model to deal with the dataes， proves that the foreign investment in R&D significantly improve total factor productivity(TFP)， and inspects the domestic R&D to the role of China＇s total factor productivity in general， and the end， put forward a proposal on this basis. Key Words: technology spillover; TFP; LP model 一 引言､ 所谓的技术溢出,是指跨国企业在实现技术的当地化过程中,通过技术的非自愿扩散,促进了当地企业技术和生产力的提高｡在开放经济下,国际贸易被视为国际技术传递和扩散的最主要渠道之一,进展中国家由于受资金 科研 技术等原因的限制､､,实行同世界技术领先的发达国家进行有关新技术和新产品的国际贸易来吸收国外的先进技术,更是一种缩短其与发达国家之间技术差距的捷径 一国通过进口贸易不仅可以购买｡高质量的外国最终制成品,而且还可以通过引入国外先进的中间产品来提高本国生产活动的技术含量 可见｡,与出口贸易相比,进口贸易是一种更为直接的技术扩散的外溢的方式｡ Coe 等人(1997)的讨论表明,国际贸易是经济体之间技术转移和扩散的一条重要渠道,国际技术扩散及技术溢出借助于进口贸易促进国内经济水平的提高主要是基于中间品的进口和国际技术转移｡Keller(2025)估算出研发活动对一个产业生产力增长的贡献中,来自本产业的研发占50%,来自国内其他产业占了 20%,来自国外的研发占到了 30% ...
