手术治疗C型骨盆骨折21例

手术治疗 C 型骨盆骨折 21 例 摘要:目的 探讨 C 型骨盆骨折的手术疗效。 方法 对 21 例 C 型骨盆骨折前环重建钢板或耻骨空心螺钉固定，后环采纳TSRH 固定，并进行随访。 结果 19 例平均随访 14 个月，2 例随访 5 个月。按 Matta标准，优良率 76%。 结论 稳定骨盆前环与后环，能重建骨盆的稳定性，减少病残率。根据骨盆骨折的不同类型选择合适内固定及谨慎操作是获得良好效果的关键。手术时机的把握，能有助于良好的复位及减少并发症的出现。 关键词: 手术;C 型;骨盆骨折;内固定 Surgical Treatment of21Cases Type C Pelvic Fracture CHEN Jian-lie Abstract:Objectire To study surgical effects of the type C pelvic 21cases with type C pelvic fractures treated by opening reduction and internal fixation with TSRH system and reconstructive ┐sults 19cases were follow-up for an average were follow-up for an average to Matta criterion，excellent and good rate is76%.Conclusion Type C pelvic fractures should be treated by stability anterior and posterior ring in order to improve function and reconstructive stability of pelvic and rehabilita-tion as early as fixation according to the types of the pelvic fractures is the key of the good time for operation will help to reduce complication and get satisfactory words:surgery;type c;pelvic fractures;internal fixation C 型骨盆骨折是高能损伤所致复杂而严重的不稳定骨折，多伴有别的脏器损伤，既往常侧重于生命的抢救，对骨折本身常采纳保守治疗，致残率高。随着新的内固定材料开发及手术技术的改进，目前大多数学者主张实行积极的手术治疗。我院从2001 年 1 月至 2025 年 7 月手术治疗 21 例，效果满意，现报告如下。 1 临床资料 一般资料 本组 21 例，男 16 例，女 5 例;年龄 18～62 岁，平均 30 岁。受伤原因:车祸伤 10 例，坠落伤 3 例，重物压砸伤 4 例，挤压伤 3 例，其他伤 1 例。其中合并尿道损伤 3 例，膀胱损伤 2 例，直肠损伤 1 例，骶神经损伤 4 例，颅脑外伤 3 例，胸部损伤 3例，腹腔脏器损伤 4 例，脊柱损伤 2 例，四肢...
