指导髌骨骨折患者术后进行早期功能锻炼的护理效果观察 【论文关键词】早期 功能锻炼 对骨折愈合 影响 【论文摘要】目的 讨论早期功能锻炼对髌骨骨折术后骨愈合的影响。方法 观察分析髌骨骨折患者术后早期功能锻炼对缩短骨愈合时间及伤肢功能恢复的效果判定。结果 正确的早期功能锻炼不但能缩短骨愈合时间还能促进伤肢功能尽快恢复。结论 骨科护理人员应掌握正确的早期功能锻炼方法并积极主动指导患者进行锻炼，从而达到缩短骨折愈合时间和伤肢功能尽快恢复的目的。 【Abstract】Objective To Early discussion of functional exercise on bone after patella fracture Observing and analyzing the patellar fracture patients early postoperative functional exercise to shorten the bone healing time and determine the effect of functional recovery The results Correct early functional exercise will not only shorten the bone healing time can also function to promote the early orthopedic nursing staff should have the correct method of early functional exercises and active guidance of the patient training, so as to achieve fracture healing time and shorten the functional purpose as soon as possible. 【Key words】Early exercise Influence on fracture healing 我院于 2000 年以来分别应用空心螺钉加张力带钢丝环扎[1]内固定、克氏钢针加张力带钢丝环扎内固定治疗髌骨骨折患者382 例，对于骨折碎片较大，能够使用空心螺钉的，尽量使用空心螺钉加张力带钢丝环扎内固定，术后不需外固定，骨科护理人员要对患者进行早期正确的功能锻炼指导。我们发现，早期正确的功能锻炼不但可以缩短骨折愈合的时间，还能在骨折愈合的同时使屈膝关节达到正常，功能恢复占 90%以上。 1 临床资料  一般资料 本组患者共 382 例，其中男293 例，女 89 例，年龄最小 17 岁，最大 78岁，平均年龄 46 岁。新奇骨折 339 例，陈旧骨折 43 例。左侧 237 例，由此 145 例。 手术方式 采纳空心螺钉加张力带钢丝环扎内固定术式 275 例，克氏钢针加张力带钢丝环扎内固定术式 107 例。 骨折愈合时间 长者 78d，短者 42d，平均 56d。 疗效判定标准 随访 256 例，...
