推拿和神灯照射同时进行治疗偏头痛的临床观察 【关键词】 推拿；偏头痛；疗效观察；神灯照射 摘要：目的：观察推拿和神灯照射同时进行治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法：对 144例偏头痛的患者，进行随机数字表法分组治疗观察。治疗组:采纳在神灯照射的同时进行指揉法、指梳法、指尖击法、掌揉法、点穴法等推拿治疗。对比组：采纳谷维素,脑清片,镇痛剂和降低颅内压等药物治疗。结果：治疗组：优：24 例(%)，良；41 例(%)，差；4 例(%)，有效率：%。对比组；优：9 例(%)，良：26 例(%)，差；8 例(%) 有效率%。结论：推拿加神灯照射治疗偏头痛疗效显着。 关键词： 推 拿； 偏头痛； 疗效观察； 神灯照射 Clinical Observation of Treating Migraine with Massage and Irradiate with Magical Light Abstract : Objective: To explore the effect of treating migraine with massage and irradiate with magical :144 cases with migraine were treated randomly . In the treatment group:treated with irradiate with magical light and finger poking channels method,ripple, fingertip attack, thumbroot kneading and digital acupoint , in thecontrolgroup:treated with the drug oforyzanol,Qingnao tablets,analgesia ,etc. Result:The case of effective, better and bad effect in the treatment group and control group is 24 cases (%)and 9 cases (%),41 cases (%) and 26 cases (%),4 cases (% )and 8 cases (% ) effective rate is % and % . Conclusion : It‘s effective to treat migraine with massage and irradiate with magical light.
