振荡器的种类有很多,包括反馈式振荡器、负阻式振荡器等,本次课程设计主要完成正弦波压控振荡器(VCO)的设计
包含有压控元件作为频率控制器件的振荡器就称为压控振荡器,压控振荡器广泛应用于各种发射机载波源、扩频通讯载波源或作为混频器本振源
本次设计利用晶体管、变容二极管等分立元件完成相关设计,并达到设计要求
