正弦波压控振荡专业课程设计摘要随着现代通信技术的进展,各种通信设备层出不穷,涉及信息收发的各种仪器在调制和解调过程中,都必须依靠高精度的振荡源,否则信息将无法发送和接收,因而个正通信设备中几乎都离不开高稳定度的振荡源。振荡器的种类有很多,包括反馈式振荡器、负阻式振荡器等,本次课程设计主要完成正弦波压控振荡器(VCO)的设计。包含有压控元件作为频率控制器件的振荡器就称为压控振荡器,压控振荡器广泛应用于各种发射机载波源、扩频通讯载波源或作为混频器本振源。本次设计利用晶体管、变容二极管等分立元件完成相关设计,并达到设计要求。关键字:正弦波 振荡器 变容二极管 VCOAbstractWith the development of modern communications technology, a variety of communications equipment and related information sent to or from a variety of instruments in the modulation and demodulation process, must rely on high-precision oscillations, otherwise the information will not be able to send and receive, and thus a positive communication equipment almost without high stability of oscillations.
