毕业答辩论文 ETC 自动注胶治具工装摘 要随着竞争日益激烈,劳动密集型的电子企业对效率的最求也越来越烈生产过程中机械化辅助生产逐渐成为趋势,本文所设计的松下 ETC 注胶与紫外线照射工装夹具一体化工程就是为了满足生产的效率要求而设计的。它属于自动化系列工装夹具。本设计主要是讨论松下 ETC 扬声器外壳与喇叭之间注胶的自动化生产,主要完成主传动方式、定位检测、注胶、紫外线照射等模块设计。在本设计过程中,首先由工程的方案确定开始,列举分析不同方案,并选定最终方案——气压传动方案。方案选定后,分别设计气压控制系统;设计计算主传动轴;设计各模块机械机构结构(绘制零件图,选择汽缸等元件型号);设计 PLC 逻辑控制(编写 PLC 程序,绘制 PLC 接线图)。关键词:夹具,注胶,紫外线照射,传感器,可编程控制器Abstract With an increasingly competitive, labor-intensive electronic business-to the most efficient for more and more fierce.
