内容摘要：2013 年，教育部公布全国高校毕业生达到了 699 万，毕业生数量创下了历史新高。与此同时，我国经济增长速度放缓，产业结构正在面临深刻调整，有些行业持续低迷。毕业生市场供求关系失衡。就业是民生之本，是毕业生在社会上立足的根本。找不到理想的工作，毕业生没有办法生存，更谈不上为国家做贡献。研究毕业生就业问题具有重要的社会意义和实际价值。本文认为，毕业生就业问题不单单是毕业生自身问题，毕业生就业困难是一个严重的社会问题。因此，在毕业生就业问题上，需要国家、社会、企业、毕业生共同努力。本文首先分析了毕业生就业的现状，接着从毕业生自身、社会方面、企业方面探讨了毕业生就业出现问题的原因，最后对大学生就业难提出了一些解决办法和建议。关键词：毕业生 就业 企业 社会Abstract：In 2013, the Ministry of Education announced that the national college graduates had reached 6,990,000 and the number of graduates hit a high record. At the same time, our country is in a slower pace of economic growth, and the industrial structure is facing a profound adjustment, and some industries are in downturn. The supply and demand of graduate market is in imbalance. Employment is vital to people's livelihood, and it is the fundamental of graduates to be based in the society. Not finding an ideal job, graduates can't survive by themselves, much less to make contributions to the country. Researching on graduate’s employment problem has important social significance and practical value. This article believes that the employment problem of graduates is not only their own problems but also a serious social problem.
