大学生人际关系、人格特质与主观幸福感的研究摘 要本研究以某学院大一至大四学生为被试,采用《总体幸福感量表》、《人际关系综合诊断量表》和《大五人格量表》为研究工具,随机抽取 308 名大学生进行问卷调查。从性别、年级、生源地和是否独生子女这四个方面做了差异性检验还有总体情况分析和相关性检验,此检验涉及大学生人际关系、人格特质和主观幸福感三个变量,并在此基础上分析了三者之间的相互关系,得出如下结论:(1)人际关系得分处于中等水平;人际关系在性别上有显著差异、在生源地、是否独生及年级方面不存在显著差异;(2)大学生人格水平中等;大学生人格特质严谨性、宜人性和开放性的性别差异显著。在是否独生子女、年级及生源地方面不存在显著差异;(3)大学生主观幸福感中等;大学生主观幸福感方面存在显著生源地差异,在是否独生子女、年级及性别方面不存在显著差异;(4)主观幸福感与人际关系各因素中呈现显著负相关;而主观幸福感与人格特质及所有因子大部分呈显著正相关;(5)人格特质是大学生自我幸福感和人际关系的一个中介变量,起到了部分中介作用。 【关键词】 大学生 人际关系 人格特质 主观幸福感 University interpersonal relationships, personalitytraits and A study of subjective well-being AbstractIn this study, a college freshman to senior subjects, using "general well-being scale", "interpersonal relationship scale" and "the Big Five Personality Questionnaire" as the research tool, conducted a questionnaire survey of 308 college students were randomly selected.
