铁路中间站安全管理问题讨论铁路中间站安全管理问题讨论 摘要：安全是铁路运输的永恒主题，是铁路企业一切工作的基础，是铁路工作质量的综合反映。“安全不稳，站无宁日”，安全形势不稳，事故不断，将直接影响铁路的经济效益和社会效益。铁路中间站是路网的重要组成部分，中间站作业组织是铁路运输过程的重要环节，其中大多是为了提高区间通过能力，确保运输安全而设置的四、五等中间小站，同时也为沿线城乡人民生活及工农业生产服务。这些中间小站作业牵涉面广、影响因素众多，因此强化铁路中间小站的安全管理，对提高运输效率和降低运输成本，以及整个铁路运输安全都具有十分重要的意义。 关键词：铁路中间站；安全管理；预防；途径 Abstract：Safety is the eternal theme of railway transportation, the foundation of railway enterprise, and the comprehensive reflection of railway work quality. If there is any sort of instability of security situation, or accident, there must be some direct influence on the railway economic and social benefits. Railway station is the significant part of the network, and the middle station’s operation and organization are the important links of the railway transportation process, most of which are aiming at improving the interval and the capacity to ensure the transportation safety for the fourth, fifth degree stations and serve for urban and rural people's living and along the transportation line. Among these small stations, operations are correlated, and influenced by many factors. So, strengthening the safety management of railway station can improve transport efficiency and reduce the transportation cost, and do good to the entire railway transportation safety.
