摘 要 本设计为300 万t/a 焦炭焦化厂脱硫车间初步 设 计 ， 采 纳 的 煤 气 脱 硫 方 法 为 湿 法 脱 硫 的改良ADA 法。本设计的目的是脱除焦炉煤气中的硫化氢，使硫化氢的浓度达到20mg/m3 以下 ， 同 时 要 使 生 产 出 来 的 煤 气 各 项 指 标 满 足要 求 ， 达 到 符 合 国 家 标 准 化 工 厂 生 产 设 计 要求 。 本 设 计 分 为 工 艺 部 分 和 非 工 艺 部 分 ， 工艺部分包括煤气净化, 脱硫液再生及硫磺的回 收 ， 净 化 装 置 采 纳 了 脱 硫 塔 ， 选 用 了 四 个脱硫塔并联同时工作，脱硫塔的塔径为3800mm， 塔 高 为 17800mm 。 再 生 部 分 采 纳 了 再 生塔及其他一些辅助设备，再生塔的塔径为7400mm， 塔 高 为 51000mm 。 回 收 硫 部 分 采 纳 了 戈尔 膜 过 滤 器 。 非 工 艺 部 分 包 括 土 建 ， 供 气 ，供 电 ， 采 暖 与 通 风 ， 蒸 汽 与 压 缩 空 气 ， 仪 表及 自 动 化 ， 设 备 维 修 ， 环 保 ， 经 济 核 算 等 。共绘制了3 张图纸，分别为脱硫塔的设备图，设 备 布 置 图 和 工 艺 流 程 图 。关 键 词 焦 炉 煤 气 脱 硫 改 良 ADA 法 AbstractThe design of 3 million t/a preliminary design of coke plant desulfurization section, gas desulfurization methods for the improvement of wet desulphurization ADA law.
