AbstractIn recent years, with the increasing amount of vehicles, traffic accidents raised by vehicles are deathblows to the litigants and the society. At present, the qualitative behaviors of the traffic accident dispute are mainly: Legislation cannot keep up with the pace of the times due to defects arising from aspects like the extent of understanding, the legislative model and processing system. In practice, the disputes of traffic accidents bring some difficulties to the court on the qualitative behavior. In addition, it violates the rights and interests of the litigants and hinders people's normal life.
