公 民 新 闻 背 景 下 公 民 记 者 作 用 发 挥 空 间 探析摘 要 21 世纪是一个个人传播的时代，普通公民在技术的支持下有力地彰显了他们的传播力量，开创了新闻领域的新篇章。公民记者作为这其中的新生传播群体在公民新闻背景下成长、进展，以其自身的方式发挥传播新闻、影响舆论等的作用。然而如何看待和认识公民记者这支队伍仍是一个在业界和学界存在争议的话题。本文从公民新闻的大背景下，对公民记者的概念和特点做出分析，进一步探究了新的传播格局下公民记者的发挥空间，并对其进展方向做出探究。关键词：公民新闻，公民记者，互联网，自媒体ANALYSE HOW CITIZEN JOURNALIST CAN WORK UHDER THE BACKGROUND OF CIVIL JOURNALISMAbstract It is the time of personal communication in the 21st century.
