化工企业安全管理讨论摘 要本文从双马化工事故的发生、经过分析安全事故发生的原因和潜在因素，指出我国中小化工企业安全管理中存在的问题，通过对多年来中小化工事故的统计，论述了中小化工安全管理的重要性。从企业安全管理的原理、企业安全管理方法、安全管理模式等方面论述现代企业安全管理。提出解决中小化工企业安全管理困境的思路：运用系统工程的原理开展本质安全型企业建设，达到机具设备、操作人员、作业环境、安全管理，本质安全化 ，加强企业安全建设。构建以人为本的安全管理保证体系作为此管理模式的保障体系，促进企业本质安全化建设：安全管理组织保证体系、安全管理制度保证体系、安全生产监督保证体系、安全教育培训保证体系、安全应急救援保证体系、安全信息反馈保证体系、安全文化建设保证体系，以人为本的安全管理。关键词：化工企业 安全分析 安全管理 安全建设Chemical enterprise safety management researchAbstractIn this paper, from the double horse chemical accidents, through analyzing the cause of the accident and the potential factors of safety, pointed out our country small and medium-sized chemical enterprise safety management, the problems of through to the small and medium-sized chemical accident statistics over the years, this paper discusses the importance of small and medium-sized chemical safety management.
