湖南科技大学毕业设计题目基于 STC89C52 单片机的碎纸机控制系统作者学院专业学号指导老师摘 要本设计使用 STC89C52 单片微型计算机做为控制器,驱动三极管控制继电器的通断,继而控制电机,带动刀具进行碎纸。该系统使用光电传感器感知文件的送入,没有文件送入时,电机不旋转,最大限度的节能减排,使用 DS18B20 温度传感器进行温度测量、可实现过热保护,串接熔断丝与压敏电阻,可实现过流与过压保护,另外引入风冷系统,对机器进行散热,大幅延长机器连续工作时间。在具体设计过程中,使用 Keil 4 程序编写程序,使用 Proteus7.5 进行电路仿真,使用 Protel Dxp 2025 设计原理图,并画出 PCB 板。然后使用数字万用表、数字示波器、稳压电源、电机等进行实物样机调试。关键词:STC89C52 单片机;碎纸机;DS18B20;控制系统ABSTRACTThe design uses STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer as controller and driver transistor to control the relay off , and then control the motor driven tool for shredding . The system uses a photoelectric sensor sensing the file into the motor which does not rotate ;The maximum energy saving ,Using the DS18B20 temperature sensor for temperature measurement which can overheat protection, connected in serises fuse and varistor overcurrent and overvoltage protection can be achieved ,in addition to the introduction of air cooling system ,cooling the machine, and much longer for the machine of continuous work time.In the specific design process of writing programs, using the Keil program and Proteus7.5 for circuit simulation, use of Protel Dxp 2025 design schematics and dram the PCB board .and then use a digital multimeter, digital oscilloscope, power supply, electrical and other physical prototype debugging.Key Words:STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer; shredder; DS18B20目 录第一章 绪 论....................................................................................................................- 1 -1.1 碎纸机讨论背景..................
