基 于 FPGA 的 LED显 示 接 口 电 路 设 计摘 要LED显示器广泛应用于交通、证券、电信、广告和宣传领域,它具有寿命长、功耗低、亮度高、驱动简单、响应速度快,且可随意拼装等优点。现在市场上诸多广告牌LED视频屏造价过于昂贵,刷新频率较低,单色屏的显示功能又过于单一,大多需要上位机对显示过程进行实时控制,并且对于大屏幕的系统性能有待提高。针对以上问题本文讨论了利用FPGA 与单片机相结合的方法控制实现多路点阵列显示的技术,以FPGA 芯片为核心,其基于FPGA 的双口RAM 配置和驱动控制电路设计成功地解决了传统LED大屏幕设计中控制系统复杂、可靠性差的问题。文中给出了系统的软、硬件实现,介绍了其设计思想、层次结构,在QUARTUSⅡ 平台下,利用编程和图形文件结合的方法实现了软件设计,经波形仿真验证后,得到了RTL 电路连接。实践证明,该系统工作正常,达到了预期的功能。关键词:LED点阵列,FPGA 控制器,VHDL,双口RAMThe Realization of LED Display Interface Circuit Based on FPGAABSTRACTLED display has many advantage,such as long lifetime,low power consuming,high brightness,can be easily driving,quick in respondence speed, and can be easily assembled and so on .But nowadays,LED display device in market is very expensive,a bit lower in refurbishing frequency and display function of one-coloured screen is too unitary .most need the superior machine to carry on the real-time control to the demonstration process. large screen's system performance are still need to enhance.Discussed the method control which in view of current situation this article unified using FPGA and the monolithic integrated circuit to realize the multi-channel spot array demonstration technology, taking the FPGA chip as the core. pair of mouth RAM and Circuit design of scanning controller which are based on FPGA solves the control system to be complex and bad reliable problem in the traditional LED large screen successfully.
