毕 业 设 计 论 文基 于 MATLAB 的 过 程 控 制 系 统 仿 真 讨 论摘 要水箱和换热器是过程控制中的典型对象,本设计主要以水箱液位控制系统和换热器温度控制系统为例,通过建立数学模型,确定对象的传递函数。利用Matlab 的Simulink 软件包对系统进行了仿真讨论,并对仿真结果进行了深化的分析。在水箱液位控制系统中,通过建立数学模型以及实验中对实验数据的分析,分别确定了单容、双容、三容水箱对象的传递函数。在simulink 软件包中建立了各系统的仿真模型。通过对仿真曲线的讨论,分析了控制器参数对系统过渡过程的影响。在换热器温度控制系统中,根据自动控制系统工艺过程,利用降阶法确定了对象的传递函数。在软件包Simulink 中搭建了单回路、串级、前馈—反馈控制系统模型,分别采纳常规的PID 、实际PID 和Smith 预估器对系统进行了仿真讨论,通过仿真曲线的比较,分析了各种控制系统的特点。关键词:过程控制;MATLAB;仿真;水箱;换热器 Simulation and Research of Process Contro1System Based on MATLABAbstractWater tank and Heat exchanger are typical object in the process control in the design,The control system of tank level and heat interchange is used as an example.The transfer function object is defined by setting up the mathematical model.I carry on simulation research on the system by using Matlab’s simulink simulation.and deeply analyze the result of the simulation.
