基于 PLC 和组态王的自动售货机控制系统的设计专 业：测控技术与仪器学生姓名：*****学 号：*****指导老师：********摘要随着科技的进展及购物理念的不断更新，自动售货机的出现给我们提供了很多的方便，取代了一些传统的营销，让营销方式变得多样化，同时也适应了社会进展的需求。为人们提供便利的同时，又能让人们体验新的购物方式。本文主要介绍了简易自动售货机的基本控制原理及工作流程，采纳三菱 PLC编程软件对售货机的售货过程进行了程序编写，并在组态王 6.55 上进行模拟交易的仿真。设计中主要实现了普通售货机的基本功能，其包括投币累加、钱币不足提示、退币提示、选择购买商品以及自动结算等功能。设计系统中，一次只能购买一种商品，为了不发生程序错误，在其中设计了较多了互锁。其整个功能的实现均可在组态王上进行模拟交易。关键字：自动售货机；控制系统；监控系统；调试；仿真AbstractConstantly updated with the development of science and technology and the concept of shopping, vending machine provides us with a lot of convenience, replacing the traditional marketing, let marketing become diversified way, but also to adapt to the needs of social development.
