基于 PLC 控制的饮料瓶装箱自动控制系统设计摘 要人们对珍惜时间的认识自古到今一直延续到现在,经过我们人类两千多年的探究,人们已经充分了解到时间的重要性,但是随着人们的认识,社会的进展,科技的进步。对时间的把握已经不单单是珍惜时间了,而是对时间的安排,这时就要求我们牢牢地掌握住时间的准确性,但是社会在进步,科技在进展。所以一般的传统的人工进行计数的方式很少出现了,已经不能满足人们及社会的需求,特别是对环境要求很是严格的工业领域,不管是对设备的修理还是人员的操作。这就自动化生产的设计提供了条件,经过几十年的过渡,自动化生产已经进展为企业进行生产不可缺少的一部分,其成本低,稳定性能高,一直以来都受到人们和工业领域的青睐。该系统是以 PLC 控制为核心部件,根据设计要求,整个控制工程是主要通过PLC、传感器、机械手、皮带运输机 4 个模块联合起来,让传感器来检测空箱子和瓶子是否到位,使用 PLC 控制机械手运动来抓取瓶子并运到指定位置。该系统的结构与以前用硬继电器为主的电气控制来比较,控制操作维护简单、成本低、而且能够使用复杂环境,减少劳动强度,提高企业的效益。关键词: PLC,机械手,自动装箱控制系统,皮带运输机Design of automatic control system for beverage bottle packing based on PLC controlABSTRACTIn modern industrial production, often need to count and packaging, if these complex work by manual work is not only low efficiency and labor intensity big, not suitable for the modernization of production.
