基于单片机的 IC 卡水表的设计摘 要 智能 IC 卡水表是一种集计量功能和控制功能为一体的水量计量装置，是一种利用现代微电子技术、现代传感技术、对用水量进行计量并能进行用水数据传递及结算交易的新型水表。该水表的研发从根本上改变了自来水公司传统的工作方式，形成了先买卡充值再用水的服务模式，有效的避开了水费的流失、为降低自来水公司经营成本提供了先进的管理手段，解决了长期困扰供水行业的水费拖欠问题，更重要的是使公民的用水观念和供水部门的管理方式发生了根本改变。本次设计的智能 IC 卡水表系统利用单片机 AT89C51 作为主要芯片，完成了充值、扣费、复位等功能。显示部分采纳 LCD12864 液晶显示器，能够支持汉字和数字输出，简单明了。键盘采纳矩阵键盘模块，输入方便。IC 卡采纳了西门子公司的 SLE4442 逻辑加密卡。设计结果表明，此系统设计容易，结构简单，造价低廉，维修方便。本文详细介绍了系统的整体原理，分析了系统的硬件及软件设计，并制作了实物。关键词：单片机；IC 卡；智能水表AbstractThe intelligent IC card water meter is a kind of water metering measuring function and control functions of the device, is the use of modern microelectronic technology, modern sensor technology, '(new water meter card technology of the water metering and can use data transfer and settlement of transactions.
