南京理工大学泰州科技学院学 年 论 文题目 B2C 电子商务企业物流业务流程优化 讨论 院 系 计算机科学与技术系 专 业 信息管理与信息系统 姓 名 学 号 指导老师 2025 年 6 月摘要 随着信息化技术的迅速进展，电子商务是当前及今后一段时间内整个社会所关注的一个焦点。物流水平制约着企业的电子商务进展水平。本文就 B2C企业物流业务流程优化问题展开讨论，首先介绍什么是电子商务，以及电子商务的优势和问题，然后分析了中国 B2C 企业物流的业务模式和流程，最后提出企业物流业务流程优化的策略和注意事项。本文提出 B2C 企业应该通过对物流企业业务流程的持续优化，从而减少物流环节的复杂程度并实现物流环节的无缝衔接，从而提高企业的核心竞争力。 关键词 B2C 电子商务 企业物流 业务流程 优化B2C e-commerce enterprise logistics business process optimizationAbstractWith the rapid development of informational technology, e-commerce is a period of time in the present and the future of the whole society a focus of concern.Logistics level restricts the enterprise electronic commerce development level.
