摘 要建筑企业要在竞争激烈的建筑市场中获得竞争优势，并使企业不断进展壮大，必须培育和提升建筑企业的核心竞争力，为此文章从建筑企业角度对建筑企业核心竞争力培育的现状进行全面透彻的分析，对建筑企业核心竞争力培育问题进行了讨论，并就如何有效提高建筑企业核心竞争力提出了相应的方法对策。针对我国建筑企业现状，对我国建筑企业普遍存在的问题进行深化探讨，指出只有提高建筑企业核心竞争力才是解决问题的关键，并提出从建筑企业诚信机制建设、职工技能培训、提高技术创新、加强全面质量管理和核心业务整合以及进展海外市场几个方面构建建筑企业核心竞争力的结论。关键词：建筑企业；核心竞争力；培育AbstractEnterprise architecture want have in a highly competitive market place.
