电气工程自动化论文题 目 恒压变频供水系统的讨论学 院 物理与电子工程学院专 业 电气工程及其自动化摘要随着电子技术、沟通调速技术的不断完善和计算机技术的迅速进展,变频调速方法在恒压供水控制系统得以应用,这不仅大大提高了系统的自动化程度,而且也有效地减少了能源浪费。本文首先根据管网和水泵的运行特性曲线,阐明了供水系统的变频调速节能原理。接着分析了变频恒压供水的原理及系统的组成结构。本文采纳变频器和 PLC 实现恒压供水,采纳 AT89C51 单片机系统模拟供水网络。采纳 PID 控制算法对系统中的恒压控制器进行设计。最后对系统的软硬件设计进行了详细的介绍。关键词变频调速;恒压供水;PLC;PID 控制AbstractWith the development of electrical and AC motor control technology as well as computer technology , the frequency control technology has been applied in water supply system of constant pressure , which can not only boost the degree of automation but also reduce energy waste.This paper explains water supply system’s energy-saving principle of pump variable frequency speed regulating according to characterisitic curve of running pipelines and water pump , analyzes the structure of variable frequency regulating constant pressure water supply . In this paper , the executing agency is the programmable logic controller ( PLC ) and the frequency converter . AT89C51 has been applied in order to simulate the water supply network . Proportion integration derivative ( PID ) has been applied in order to design the controller for constant pressure .By the end of this paper introduces the hardware and software of the system.
