摘要本课题是对糖厂提汁工段做一个基于 DCS 的计算机监控系统设计,其核心控制装置采纳集散控制系统对提汁工段进行监控。该设计方案基本达到工程设计阶段的要求。提汁工段是糖厂生产工艺流程的起始工段,它关系到糖厂的物料消耗、生产效率以及产量等。提汁工段的目的是把甘蔗破裂后将蔗汁提取出来,然后再送去澄清工段进行处理。本设计根据提汁工段生产工艺要求,提出基于 DCS 的计算机监控系统设计方案。包括为该工段渗透水的温度、流量和压榨机的压力等变量选择合适的自动化检测仪表,以及采纳单回路简单控制系统。控制装置则选用北京和利时公司的 smartpro macs 系统。对该工段进行硬件配置,并设计了DCS 控制室。此外,本设计用 AutoCAD 绘制了管道仪表流程图、仪表回路图。关键词: 糖厂 提汁工段 工程设计 自动化仪表 DCS AbstractThe article is mainly about the computer monitoring system design of extract syrup based on DCS in sugar refinery.
