毕 业 论 文论文题目 基于超高频法的 GIS 局放报警系统的设计学生姓名学生学号专业班级学院名称指导老师学院院长摘要GIS 装置具有较高的安全可靠性,但加工、运输、现场装配等多种原因,使得 GIS 设备不可避开地存在绝缘缺陷而影响其长期可靠性。这些缺陷通常比较微小和隐蔽,不足以导致在工频耐压试验时立即击穿, 但投入运行后在正常运行电压作用下会发生局部放电,使缺陷逐渐进展扩大,甚至造成整个绝缘击穿或沿面闪络,从而对设备的安全运行造成威胁。本文简单讲述了一套用于推断 GIS 是否发生局部放电的在线监测系统。主要设计思路如下,利用天线接收超高频局部放电信号,然后经过检波比较形成脉冲信号进入单片机,使用单片机的脉冲累加进行计数,再定时读取脉冲数进行推断是否达到局部放电的阈值,假如已经发生局部放电,则通过 GSM 模块发送短信进行报警。关键词: GIS 局部放电;特高频法;报警设计;C 语言 AbstractNormally, although GIS has quite high safety and reliability , its long-term reliability will be effected by insulation defects caused by Processing, transportation and field assembly will effect without question.
