AbstractThe arrival of the information age stimulate the development of electronic business ，and the online transaction becomes popular，but because the particularity of e-commerce transactions, blindness of the trading object and virtual of trade information. The problem that Online transaction lack of credit become a focal point that people concerned. The phenomenon of fraud have occurred on the internet ,made an bad influence and threat on consumer privacy and property security . Through the questionnaire survey, we can see ，it has related by online transaction lake of credit, both buyer and seller and the third party. And its causes have many aspects . by means of the reason analyses on lack of credit , puts forward the relevant measures, improve the credit worthiness of online transactions, in order to protect consumers' rights and interests, and make the further development of online transactions.
