AbstractThe emergence of the network provides a greater platform for freedom of expression. On the contrary, it is a treat for laws and social morality. Network freedom of expression has a great impact on judicial equity in China, has an influence on the independence and impartiality of laws. If the problems of network freedom of expression in judicial equity can not be solved as soon as possible, it may lead to more judicial injustice. In this case, it can not effectively protect the civil rights for freedom of expression, but also cripple the legal authority, and it may even cause a phenomenon that people pay more attention to public opinion and ignore the laws, it is not conducive for the construction and development of a law governing society.
