毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 微 型 客 车 设 计 ----- 总 体 设 计 摘 要随着我国公路条件的改善和人们生活水平的提高, 微型客车在近几年来得到迅速进展；它具有车型美观多样、室内空间宽敞、价格低廉等特点。另外, 稍加改装即可成为微型货车等专用车型, 因此, 设计微型客车是符合市场需求的。在本次设计中, 首先是对设计任务的分析并搜集资料，确定微型客车的主要参数，包括汽车的主要尺寸、发动机的选择和轮胎的选择等。在这些方面我主要参考了长安SC6331 和昌河CH6321 。其次，完成汽车外形设计和车身内部及底盘的布置。在外形设计过程中，略微增加了车高, 使室内空间更大；为使驾驶员有更好的视野，完成风窗和后视镜的设计，驾驶更安全；保证外形美观并符合空气动力学; 在内部布置中，根据人机工程原理, 合理布置座椅, 使驾驶员和乘客上下车方便, 座姿舒适, 不易产生疲劳；在底盘布置中，把各个部分如发动机、离合器、变速器合理布局，在保证各个部件不运动干涉情况下, 尽量贯彻“标准化、系列化、通用化”原则, 降低成本。最后，是对汽车性能参数的计算，保证所设计的汽车满足动力性、操纵性、制动性等要求根据国家权威部门统计表明, 微客的保有量和销售量不断增长, 它的经济性和有用性受到更多人的青睐, 因此微型客车市场宽阔, 具有良好的进展前途。关键词：微型客车，底盘，车身，布局THE ENTIRE DESIGN OF MINI BUSABSTRACTWith the improved of people life and our country road conditions ,the mini bus has rapid developed in recently years .There are lots of merits in it ,such as various kind and beautiful frame 、broad room inside 、low cost and so on .
