焦 炉 加 热 控 制 系 统 设 计摘 要焦炉的加热过程是单个燃烧室间歇,全炉连续,受多种因素干扰的热工过程。其控制系统是典型的大惯性、非线性、时变的复杂系统,因此如何优化焦炉加热过程控制、降低炼焦能耗、确保焦炭均匀稳定成熟、延长焦炉使用寿命,仍然是炼焦业界重大难题。本文在深化进行焦炉加热燃烧过程工艺分析的基础上,根据控制系统的设计要求,提出了控制系统的总体结构。系统采纳西门子S7-300 PLC对各类参数(温度、压力和流量等)实施在线检测,并采纳MCGS 组态平台完成工艺流程的实时监视和控制。由于立火道温度直接测量很困难,所以根据蓄热室顶部温度建立立火道温度软测量模型,间接测量立火道温度。本控制系统满足了实际应用的需要,对提高焦炉生产率和焦炭质量 , 降低能耗及延长焦炉寿命 , 减少炼焦生产中的环境污染以及改善劳动条件具有重要的意义。可以为企业制造显著的经济效益和社会效益。关键词:焦炉,软测量,MCGS组态,PLC ;Coke oven heating control system designAbstractThe heating process of coke oven which is a single chamber intermittently and a continuous furnace, is disturbed by many factors .Its control system is a typical of large inertia, nonlinear, and time-varying complex system.
