专业文献综述课程报告物流配送企业提升核心竞争力探讨综述 摘 要由于全球经济一体化的加速,企业经营环境变得日趋复杂和不确定,竞争烈生产企业和商业企业为了在市场中立于不败之地,往往都会将主要精力集中到自己的核心业务上,培育核心竞争力,将物流等辅助业务外包,这为我国物流企业进展带来契机。文章从物流配送市场进展现状入手,分析了物流配送企业核心竞争力的内涵和特征,提出了物流配送企业提升企业核心竞争力的策略。在西方发达国家,物流业市场高度成熟,已经成为一个重要的经济增长点,而我国物流业的进展与世界发达国家相比,尚有很大差距。在新的经济条件下,只有正确识别和把握企业的核心竞争能力,才能使企业的物流资源整合更加有效。在核心竞争力为大背景情况下,对于一个相对新兴的行业,不管是从理论探究还是实践经验,都处于初级阶段,激烈的竞争要求物流企业具有比竞争对手更有效的从事生产经营活动和解决各种困难的能力;要求物流企业必须建立其对手无法匹敌的独特的竞争优势;要求物流企业从根本上重新考虑自己的竞争战略问题。关键词:物流企业 核心竞争力 物流资源整合ABSTRACT Due to the acceleration of global economic integration, business environment has become increasingly complex and uncertain, competition, strong manufacturing enterprises and commercial enterprises in order to remain invincible in the market often will be will mainly concentrate on their core business, culture core competencies, will be supporting logistics outsourcing, which is a good opportunity for China's logistics business development.
