摘 要随着科技的进步和人们生活水平的提高，人们对汽车的认识已不再是简单的代步工具。近年来功能强大的 SUV 越来越受到关注。在 SUV 车上都设有分动器。分动器的功用是将变速器输出的动力分配到各驱动桥，并且进一步增大扭矩。它是一齿轮传动系统，其输入轴直接或通过万向传动装置与变速器的第二轴相联，输出轴则有若干，分别经万向传动装置与各驱动桥连接。本设计主要说明了两轴式分时分动器的设计和计算过程，较详细的叙述了分动器的设计过程，选择结构方案、主要参数、齿轮设计、轴设计。计算部分分为中心距，传动比的计算，齿轮和轴的校核。根据狮跑轿车车型，结合上述参数，再结合汽车理论、汽车设计、机械设计等相关知识，计算出相关的分动器参数并论证设计的合理性。最终，用 AutoCAD 软件完成分动器二维装配图和零件图的绘制，并进行装配。关键词：狮跑；分动器；分时；齿轮；设计ABSTRACTWith the progress of science and technology and the increase of people's living standard, people know about cars is no longer simple transport.
