电动无针注射器设计摘 要无针注射不同于传统的皮下注射,它是一种全新的注射方式,具有痛苦小、药物吸收好、操作方便、消除了交叉感染等诸多优点。我国对无针注射器的讨论起步较晚,在技术层面和国外先进水平存在不小差距,目前尚处于研发阶段。本文在分析无针注射器原理及结构的基础上,设计了电磁式无针注射器,主要讨论工作如下:1.对国内外无针注射技术的进展现状进行讨论,分析了无针注射的注射机理,运用工程设计学方法分析了无针注射器的结构特点,制定了无针注射器系统结构设计方案。2.设计的电磁驱动式无针注射器机构,来完成计量可控的给要注射,详细设计了由铁锤、弹簧和电磁铁所组成的撞击系统,以及安瓿头安装装置,机构简单,稳定性强。3.设计驱动和控制装置,完成沟通电变直流和控制电磁铁通断电等功能。4.根据以上设计,进行了三位建模,验证了设计的可行性,并为样机制作打下基础。所设计的电动无针注射器,冲击力大,注射效果好,注射计量可控,有很好的商业价值,值得推广应用。关键词 无针注射器;电磁铁;安瓿头Design of Electric Syringe Without NeedleAbstractCompared to conventional subcutaneous injection, the needle-free injection is a new way, with a painless, drug absorption, easy to operate, eliminating cross-infection and many other advantages.
