摘 要近年来，我国家电工业的高速进展对模具工业，尤其是塑料模具提出了越来越高的要求，2025 年，塑料模具在整个模具行业中所占比例已上升到 30%左右，据有关专家预测，在未来几年中，中国塑料模具工业还将持续保持年均增长速度达到 10%以上的较高速度的进展。国内塑料模具市场以注塑模具需求量最大，其中进展重点为工程塑料模具。 注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法，它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型，可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。本课题就是花朵盖塑料成型工艺与模具设计，将注塑模具的相关知识作为依据，阐述塑料注塑模具的设计过程。 （1）通过运用塑料模具设计指导，机械制图，互换性与技术测量673A 械原理及零件，模具材料及热处理，模具制造工艺，塑料成型工艺及模具设计等方面必要的基础知识和专业知识，分析和解决塑料模具设计问题，进一步巩固加深和开拓所学的知识。（2）本设计对花朵盖塞进行的注塑模设计，利用 UG 软件对塑件进行了实体造型，对塑件结构进行了工艺分析。明确了设计思路，确定了注射成型工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校核。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠，保证了与其他部件的配合。最后用 AutoCAD 绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图（3）通过计算、绘图和运用技术标准、法律规范、设计手册等有关设计手册，进行塑料设计全面的基本技能训练，为毕业设计打下一个良好的实践基础。（4）本课题通过对榨汁机料桶杯的注射模具设计，巩固和深化了所学知识，取得了比较满意的效果，达到了预期 的设计意图 关键词：塑料模具；注射成型；模具设计AbstractIn recent years, the rapid development of China's home appliance industry mold industry, especially plastic mold made increasing demands, in 2025, the entire mold plastic mold industry in the proportion had risen to 30%, experts predict in the next few years, China plastic mold industry will continue to maintain more than 10% higher rate of growth with an average annual growth rate.
