河南省产业集聚区进展的现状及对策分析摘 要随着经济全球化的不断推动，产业集聚区作为区域经济进展的一种重要方式，受到世界各国越来越多的关注。在国外，以产业集聚区的方式进展经济取得显著成就的范例数不胜数；在中国，产业集聚区比较发达的地区当数珠三角地区和江浙地区。而地处中原的河南省，虽然近年来产业集聚区也有快速的进展，但是和国内外成熟发达的产业集聚区相比，河南省的产业集聚区不仅进展落后，而且在进展的过程中存在着很多问题,这些问题有待解决。本文从产业集聚区的概述开始，继而对河南省产业集聚区的现状做了基本介绍，最后阐述河南省产业集聚区科学进展的对策建议，认为应编制好科学进展规划，优化产业组织结构，大力培育人才、鼓舞创新，同时应加强基础设施和公共服务体系建设，努力解决土地问题，继而推动河南省产业集聚区又好又快进展。关键词 产业集聚区/河南省/现状/对策THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF INDUSTRY CLUSTERAREA IN HE NAN PROVINCEAbstractWith the continuous advance of economic globalization, industrial agglomeration area, as an important way of regional economic development, has attracted more and more attentions from countries all over the world.
