河北农业大学 本科毕业论文(设计)题 目： 水上智能平台监控系统 摘 要船舶自动识别系统（AIS）是一种综合了卫星定位、陀螺罗经、计程仪等导航设备的信息，通过VHF数据链向外播发与接收相应信息，并在雷达或电子海图等显示设备上显示周边船舶位置及航行动态信息的新型导航通信系统。通过AIS猎取到所需船舶的动态及静态信息，就可以对船舶进行全方位、实时的监控。船舶实时监控系统是利用自动识别系统(AIS)、电子海图系统、数据库技术对所有装有AIS设备的船舶进行监控。监控中心通过串口接收AIS接收机传来的AIS数据电文，解析后一边送到AIS船舶数据库存储，一边直接送到电子海图平台上进行实时显示，用户在电子海图平台上通过读取AIS船舶数据库来获得所需船舶信息。本文系统分析了当前 AIS 进展状况，介绍了 AIS 的组成、网络体系结构、与 AIS 信息处理相关的接口协议，提出系统的总体设计方案并对系统的功能进行划分，以VS2025 为开发工具，对 AIS 信息电文进行解析处理，并把解析后的数据存储到 SQL Server 数据库中，并在电子海图显示平台上将数据多样化展示。关键字：水上智能交通；电子海图显示系统；水运安全 AbstractIn recent years, the software industry has been greatly developed, from a service and only a few industries, to the full, three-dimensional services to all industries.
