连锁经营企业的库存控制策略讨论摘要随着经济全球一体化及中国加入 WTO，零售业的生存环境面临着越来越严峻的挑战和考验。我国连锁零售业要想在激烈的市场竞争中取得竞争优势，就必须在更高的顾客服务水平基础上从系统的角度出发来进一步优化其物流成本。本文在对传统库存控制策略讨论的基础上，分析了传统的库存控制策略应用于连锁零售业的局限性—不能从系统的角度出发优化其物流成本，提出将VMI 的思想应用于连锁零售业内部物流系统的库存管理。在此基础上，对传统的库存控制理论进行了扩展讨论。 关键词：连锁经营、库存控制、VMI AbstractAs the integration of the world economy moves on and China enters into WTO，the chain retail business faces more and more severe challenges. In order to become competitive in the fierce market, the chain retail business of our country must further optimize its system logistics cost on the basis of its better customerˊs service.On the basis of studying the traditional inventory control strategy this thesis analyzes the limitation of the traditional inventory control strategy for the chain retail business the incapacity to optimize the logistics cost from systematic angle. Then it puts forward applying the idea of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) to the inventory management of chain retail business.
