Jab1 在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义【摘要】 探讨 Jab1 在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达及其与 LSCC 临床病理和预后的关系。方法: 采纳免疫组化 SP 法检测23 例正常喉黏膜(NLT)和 72 例 LSCC 组织中Jab1 的表达。结果: 在%的 LSCC 中 Jab1 呈现过表达,并且与临床分期和淋巴结转移呈显着正相关,与患者的总生存率呈负相关()。结论: Jab1 可能通过调节 p27kip1蛋白的降解而参加 LSCC 的发生、进展, Jab1 可以作为 LSCC 的一个预后指标。【关键词】 喉肿瘤 癌 鳞状细胞 免疫组织化学 Jab1 AExpression of Jab1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma [ABSTRACT] Objective: To study the expression of Jab1(c Jun activation domain binding protein 1) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its correlation with clinicopathologic variables and prognosis. Methods: Expression of Jab1 protein was determined by SP immunohistochemistry in 23 cases of normal laryngeal tissues and 72 cases of LSCC. Results: Jab1 over expression was produced in % of LSCC and was significantly positively associated with clinicopathologic variables and lymph node metastasis. Survival analysis revealed that Jab1 over expression was significantly negatively associated with the overall survival (). Conclusions: Jab1 protein may contribute to the development and progression of LSCC by facilitating the degradation of p27kip1 and represents a novel prognostic indicator for LSCC.
