某市制药废水处理工艺初步设计

中文摘要本设计对 3500m3/d 的某市制药废水的处理工艺进行初步设计。该市制药废水主要分为药物提取废水和其他废水，具有一般制药废水的特点，其成分复杂、有机物含量高、色度深和含盐量高，特别是生化性很差，且间歇排放，属难处理的工业废水。设计采纳“气浮－UMAR－CASS”工艺对制药废水进行处理。废水水质最高 CODCr：8000mg/L、最高 BOD5：3500mg/L、最高 SS：125 mg/L。制药废水经本工艺处理后，满足《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978-1996）一级标准。关键词：制药废水 气浮 UMAR CASS THE TREATMENT PROCESS PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR PHARMACEUTICAL WASTEWATER ABSTRACTTreatment process of the design of 3500m3/d in pharmaceutical wastewater preliminary design.
