桃红通管胶囊治疗输卵管炎性堵塞性不孕症的药效学讨论【摘要】 目的 观察桃红通管胶囊治疗输卵管炎性堵塞不孕症的药理作用。 方法 将实验用大、小鼠随机分为模型对比组，桃红通管胶囊低、中、高剂量组及阳性药物对比组、正常对比组，根据实验要求，制备不同的动物模型，灌胃给予不同剂量的药物，观察桃红通管胶囊对输卵管炎性堵塞模型大鼠输卵管通畅情况、血液流变学的影响;观察其对小鼠在化学刺激和热刺激下的抗炎、镇痛效果;观察对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生的影响。 结果 桃红通管胶囊对输卵管炎性堵塞模型大鼠全血比黏度均有降低作用，与模型对比组比较差异有统计学意义;能增加通畅输卵管条数，抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生及小鼠对化学刺激和热刺激引起的痛苦反应，与模型对比组比较差异有统计学意义;对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀有显着的抑制作用。 结论 桃红通管胶囊具有显着的改善血液流变学，并有抗炎及镇痛作用，能有效治疗输卵管炎性堵塞不孕症。【关键词】 桃红通管胶囊 药理学 输卵管炎性堵塞 中药疗法 疾病模型，动物 Study of Taohongtongguan capsule on barrenness with salpingitic block LI Gui，LI Guizhai，JIA Fengxin，et 【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of Taohongtongguan capsule on barrenness with salpingitic Rats were randomly divided into model control group，low dose ofTaohongtongguan capsule，middle dose ofTao-hongtongguan capsule group，high dose of Taohongtongguan capsule group and positive drug rats were intragastric administration，status of uterine tube，hemorheology，anti-inflammatory，anti-inflammatory and analgesic action under chemical stimulation and thermal stimulation and granuloma formation induced by cotton pelletof mod-el rats were Specific viscosity in blood of ratwas obviously reduced by administration ofTaohongtongguan capsule compared with that in model control group.And number of normal salpingitis was action under chemical stimulation and thermal stimulation and granuloma formation induced by cotton pellet of model rats were obviously depressed compared with that in m...
