毕业设计(论文)题目名称: 体温测量仪设计摘要:体温是机体不断进行新陈代谢和自动调节的结果,许多生理过程的进行又都受到体温变化的影响,所以人体各部分的温度是临床诊断各种疾病的重要依据。热电偶是一种常见的测温元件。本设计主要利用热电偶的特性,将热端和冷端的温度差转化为电压差,再经过两级放大,环境温度补偿,最终得到人体的温度电压。此电压经过 ADC0809 转换后,经 AT89S51 单片机处理最终在 LED 显示单元中显示温度信息。本文介绍了热电偶的特性,接收装置的设计,两级放大电路,环境温度补偿电路,A/D 模数转换与单片机接口连接电路,LED 显示电路以及为实现各个电路功能的控制程序。在补偿电路部分由于热敏电阻和热电偶灵敏度系数不同,在升高相同温度时,其输出电压是不同的,通过实验测量比例放大系数 K,设计比例放大电路,有效消除热电偶冷端温度的影响。该设计通过多次测量 、调试能够实现体温的测量。关键词:热电偶;单片机;模数转换The Design of the Instrument of Body Temperature Abstract: The body temperature is the result of organism unceasingly metabolism and the automatic regulating, many physiological processes will be influenced by body temperature change, therefore measuring the temperatures of each part of human body is the important clinical diagnosis bases of all kinds of diseases. Thermocouple is one kind of common temperature element. This design mainly uses the thermocouple's characteristic, the temperature difference between hot junction and cold junction is transformed to voltage difference, the two-levels enlarged after compensated by ambient temperature, finally the temperature voltage of the body is obtained.
