I had also heard that he loves animals and cares for all living beings, that he had adopted some deserted and injured cats, and that he treated them like his own children! With curiosity, I had longed （渴望）for a chance to have a look at those lovely animals. The chance finally came. Last winter vacation my parents and I went to the country to see my uncle as well as my grandparents. They live in the suburb, and it is only about half an hour’s drive from my home. Leaving our home in the morning, we arrived at my uncle’s at 9 a.m. My mother told me, “One cat of your uncle’s had a baby yesterday. Can you give her a name?” “Kitty, OK?” I said happily. “OK. Do you want to see her?” Uncle asked. “Of course,” I said and simply couldn’t wait to see the baby cat. Oh, what a nice baby cat! She was sleeping and looked so lovely. At lunchtime, I gave the mother cat some fish. She finished it quickly and asked me for more. But to my surprise, this time she gave it to Kitty at all! What a kind mother!
