工业遗产建筑的生态化改造讨论工业遗产建筑的生态化改造讨论 摘要：近年来，随着城市产业经济的转型，大量原被用于工业生产的产业建筑面临着被改造再开发的情况。改造中，原有的产业建筑被注入新的功能，在城市生活中扮演着新的角色。在量大面广的产业建筑中，一些具有特别历史、社会、建筑审美等价值的建筑被称为“工业遗产建筑”，对它们的改造再利用需要我们慎重对待。目前国内比较有影响的工业遗产改造案例不少，许多创意产业园区、艺术家集聚区都在原先的工厂、仓库内诞生，但大多忽略了对建筑“生态性能”的提升。从城市可持续进展理念出发，在工业遗产改造中引入“生态化改造”的思考显然非常必要，这样不仅会实现资源节约利用，而且能在改造后产生良好的经济和生态效益。 关键词：建筑改造；生态；工业 Abstract: in recent years, along with the transformation of city industry economy, a large number of raw is used for the industrial production of the industrial building is facing reform and development situation.
