Whether the intelligent building project can smoothly be put into use depends on the project management, construction quality control and the reasonable and scientific completion acceptance processes. This paper tries to analyze and explore the aspects of organizational design and project quality control in the intelligent building engineering.Key words: construction; intelligent; organizational design; quality control 中图分类号：TU198+.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 上个世纪八十年代，智能建筑开始走进人们的视野。在美国，世界上第一座智能大厦正式建成，从此，建筑方面的智能化技术应用在世界范围内广泛传播。当前，信息时代的进展衍生了智能建筑，它能够将建筑与科技相互融合。同时，在工程施工的过程中，施工组织设计起到了指导性的作用，建筑工程的顺利完工要依赖于工程质量控制，从而实现施工工程的设计目标。 建筑智能化 （一）智能建筑 智能建筑一定意义上是指以建筑为依托，同时借助通信、办公、楼宇等自动化系统，实现并逐步优化了系统、服务以及管理，此外，计算机技术、通信技术等都被应用于智能建筑的建设中，其还为人们构筑了一个经济舒适的生活环境。因此，管理的科学性、服务的时效性以及经济效益的不断增长是智能建筑的重要目标。智能建筑源自于建筑、计算机科学等的有机结合，建筑智能化是其必要条件。 （二）建筑智能化系统 在智能建筑中，智能化系统主要依靠的通讯及控制措施就是涵盖硬件与软件在内的计算机通信网络，基本的传输媒介为综合布线，将建筑内的自动化系统进行集...
