摘要随着社会的进展,恒压供水越来越重要。本系统以 PLC 与变频器控制水泵工作,根据压力给定的理想值信号及管网水压的反馈信号进行比较,变频器根据比较结果调节水泵的转速,达到控制管网水压的目的。文中重点叙述了变频节能原理,恒压供水原理及 PID控制方式。并提供控制系统硬件和控制软件,经现场模拟调试成功,实现运行可靠、节能、低噪,维护简单等效果。关键词: 恒压供水;PLC 控制;闭环 PIDAbstractWith the development of society, more and more important in the constant pressure water supply.
