Keywords: engineering project management of municipal road 中图分类号:U41 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 引言 就我国范围而言，市政工程由于受到我国自建国以来长期计划经济的影响，绝大部分的工程建设项目是由当地政府投资建设的，因此相对封闭的项目建设管理体系在我国市政建设项目中一直占有着统治地位，尤其是我国的道路工程项目。俗话说：要想富先修路。对我国经济进展起至关重要作用的道路建设大都是有国家或当地政府投资修建的，这就造成了我国管理方式远远没有达到市场经济的要求，这种机制体制一方面限制了先进的工程建设中先进的管理理念的引入，尤其是使得我国的监理机制在体系上还不是很完善，存在着很多漏洞，另一方面在工程管理目标上也远远没有达到项目建设时的预期水平，对于工程质量、投资管理、工期目标没有进行有效地控制。 于是，如何加快转变市政工程建设项目的管理监督机制，将我国当前的建设单位的统一管理向成立第三方的专业化、社会化...
