浅析路桥施工管理浅析路桥施工管理 摘要：随着我国经济的快速进展，路桥施工业也迎来了更宽阔的进展空间。面对日益激烈的市场竞争，如何搞好路桥施工管理成了业界关注的一个焦点。路桥建设项目管理是施工企业进展的根本。本文就我国路桥施工管理的现状和存在的问题，提出如何加强我国的路桥施工管理的几点措施。 关键词： 路桥施工; 管理; 问题; 对策 Abstract: With China's rapid economic development, road and bridge construction industry has also ushered in a broader space for development. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, a focus on how to improve the management of road and bridge construction has become the industry's concern. Road and bridge construction project management is the fundament for construction enterprises development. Based on the current situation and existing problems of China's road and bridge construction management, this paper puts forward the several measures for how to strengthen our country's road and bridge construction management.Key words: road and bridge construction; management; problem; solutions 中图分类号 :U448.14 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 引言 路桥项目的施工主要是指从事桥梁和公路施工生产的一种工程项目。作为重要的基础设施建设企业，路桥施工企业的规模、技术实力、管理能力在近年来均得到了长足的进步。无论从进展模式、生产方式还是历史实际来看，路桥施工企业已逐渐成为我国交通行业一只不可或缺的队伍，尤其是在 2025 年国家三保方针( 保增长、保民生、保稳定) 的促进下，路桥施工企业正面临着新一轮的良好与进展机遇。然而，工程项目管理的完善就目前的整体形势来看，还有着长足的进展空间。 1 我国的路桥施工管理现状 我国路桥行业在 20 世纪 90 年代中后期才真正实行项目管理，经过十多年的进展，取得较大的进步。但是，总的来说，其管理水平与现实进展间还存在较大差距，亟待提高。近年来，公路桥梁工程质量事故较多，施工工期拖延较普遍，施工利润普遍不高。并且近几年发生多起重大质量事故的工程，不仅给国家和人民的生命财产造成了巨大的损失，造成了不良的社会影响，同时也给路...
