高校团建工作存在的问题探究摘要：高校团建工作是改进和加强大学生思想政治教育工作的第一线。当前高校团建工作正面临着新的挑战。团组织中团组织先进性不足、对大学生团建工作投入不足的情况等问题普遍存在，需要从改善和加强高校团的组织建设、开展有实际意义的的团组织活动加强和改善高校团的思想建设、借助学生社团和学生会来巩固团的群众基础、努力组建出一支符合时代要求的高素质的干部队伍,并充分发挥其在大学生思想政治教育中应有的作用。关键词：高校；团建工作；和谐校园Abstract: the university group work is built to improve and enhance university students' ideological and political education work the first line.
