工程企业在薪酬设计中的问题以及解决方法 摘 要随着目前时代的飞速发展,工程企业为其中推动城市发展的重要因素,吸引着越来越多的人的关注,在市场和行业竞争所受的压力越来越大。薪酬管理作为人力资源管理的六大模块之一,是每一个企业,无论规模大小都必须要关注的核心问题。而薪酬设计作为薪酬管理的前期操作步骤,更是为未来企业的经营发展提供了坚实有力的基础。本文通过对薪酬设计进行理解和分析,深入剖析目前薪酬设计的现状,找出目前企业在进行薪酬设计时普遍存在的问题。继而通过对问题的研究和剖析,针对薪酬设计中的问题制定合理的解决方法或策略,希望工程企业在进行薪酬设计时提供一定的参考意义。关键词:工程企业;薪酬管理;薪酬设计ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of the current era, engineering enterprises to promote the development of the city which is an important factor to attract more and more people's attention in the market and industry competition by the pressure is growing. Salary management as one of the six modules of human resources management, is every enterprise, regardless of the size of the core must pay attention to the problem. Salary design as a pre-paid operation of the remuneration of the steps for the future development of enterprises laid the foundation. Through the understanding and analysis of the salary design, this paper studies the present situation of the current salary design and finds out the common problems in the current salary design.
