Keywords： management of higher vocational students； appreciation education； effective use 1、引言 现阶段，高职院校不断扩招，学生的规模不断扩大，学生的思想观念水平、道德水平、生源质量都一直处于不断变化的状态下。与此同时，新的教学任务的变更，对于学生的管理工作也带来了很大的挑战。由于很多人对于高职院校的教学工作还存在着一定的偏见，并且对学校存在排斥，很多学生不认可高职院校，并且不信任高职院校的教学质量。很多高职学生自身不具备良好的自我管理约束能力，并且个性较强，不认可老师和学校的管理。其学生成长的环境较为优越，具有较强的自我中心性，学习和生活的过程中不能积极的与他人进行沟通与沟通，不认可别人的建议和意见，不能很好的融入到集体的学习和活动当中。 2、赏识教育的概念 赏识教育是对学生行为结果赏识，对学生的日常行为强化，对学生的兴趣、动机和心理体验进行增强的过程，也是对学生不良行为进行改正的过程。根据马斯洛需求理论来分析，人类其本身的需求分为很多层次，有被人认可与赏识的需求。赏识教育...
