高职学生管理中赏识教育的有效运用高职学生管理中赏识教育的有效运用 摘要：高职院校的学生有着自身的独特特点，在开展学生管理工作中，必须要针对于高职院校学生的身心特点来开展具有针对性的教学工作，进而保证教学效果。赏识教育作为现阶段一个较为先进的教学方式，可以有效的对学生的上进心、自信心、价值观、责任感等各方面的综合素养进行培育，符合新时期的高职院校的教学需求。 关键词：高职学生管理 赏识教育 有效运用 Abstract： the students in higher vocational colleges has its unique features， in the students management work， must be carried out in accordance with the teaching work to physical and psychological characteristics of the students in higher vocational colleges， and to ensure the effectiveness of teaching. Keywords： management of higher vocational students； appreciation education； effective use 1、引言 现阶段，高职院校不断扩招，学生的规模不断扩大，学生的思想观念水平、道德水平、生源质量都一直处于不断变化的状态下。与此同时，新的教学任务的变更，对于学生的管理工作也带来了很大的挑战。由于很多人对于高职院校的教学工作还存在着一定的偏见，并且对学校存在排斥，很多学生不认可高职院校，并且不信任高职院校的教学质量。很多高职学生自身不具备良好的自我管理约束能力，并且个性较强，不认可老师和学校的管理。其学生成长的环境较为优越，具有较强的自我中心性，学习和生活的过程中不能积极的与他人进行沟通与沟通，不认可别人的建议和意见，不能很好的融入到集体的学习和活动当中。 2、赏识教育的概念 赏识教育是对学生行为结果赏识，对学生的日常行为强化，对学生的兴趣、动机和心理体验进行增强的过程，也是对学生不良行为进行改正的过程。根据马斯洛需求理论来分析，人类其本身的需求分为很多层次，有被人认可与赏识的需求。赏识教育...
